Con: What will replace E3?
maybe TGS
The tokyo game show has been the second largest game convention so it is the most likely replacement. The only problem is that since it is in tokyo there are games that will be shown there that will never release in the states (or many other countries for that matter.

Con: Playstation 3
Sony isn't a software company
Last gen the ps2 had games because third parties made games for it. Now it seems like most third party developers are pissed at sony and much less interested in the ps3. And why would they be? It is being outsold by both of it's competitors, the ps3 just isn't where the money is at this gen, and expecting the same types of exclusive games is just plain dumb.
