Why PS3... mmh...

Interesting question... Lets explore that, shall wii?

Xbox 360... more games than PS3... but sure it's been out for a longer time....
Xbox online.... have to pay.... PS3 online with a virtual world (soon) downloadable demo, trailer, and games.... Free....
Xbox... downloadable movies.... kinda cool... PS3 doesn't have that.
Xbox.... wireless..... 100 dollars, PS3 included
Xbox...  HDDVD  .... 100 dollars, PS3 included (as BD)
xbox HDrive 20GIG ... sony 60 Gig... OK... no big deal
Xbox 3 years warranty... wooaaa.. awesome... hem... right except that ... the warranty was added because the system is SO unreliable... I know people that went through 4 xbox in 6 month... PS3... most reliable sony console ever made.... sound pretty reliable to me.
xbox... super easy to program for it.... PS3... hell to program for it...
graphics... well this is my biased opinion... but I am more impressed in the GranTurismo demo or LittleBigPlanet than I am impressed in any of the game I have seen on Xbox... and I have seen a many... my best friend is a Xbox head....
Xbox 360 Elite price ~= PS3 60Gig
I haven't seen any games I would die to buy on Xbox 360....
Little Big Planet.... GranTurismo.... Afrika.... (and GTA but that doesn't count, I could buy it on 360 too)..... on PS3 only....

So... to answer you question.... Why PS3?.... well Because. But why xbox 360? WHY!!!
