Come on... hidden cost... that is exacly the same for every console. you have to pay the electricity, you have to buy more controllers if you want to play with friends, etc... Do you think that the XBox 360, or the Wii have free extra controllers, payed electricity bills?
if you can't afford the games and controllers, don't buy it. Don't give me that BS of Hidden cost.
