What do you really get for that money?

You bring up some good points, but your arguments are flawed. What do you really get for the money you spend?

 First of all, I do not buy a game console to watch movies. The blu-ray player in the PS3 isn't that great compared to a full featured blu-ray player put out by Sony. If I don't have an HD TV, then what good is a blu-ray player or an HD-DVD player going to do for me. At least you have the option on the 360 to buy it or not.

Second, the XBL service is far superior to Sony's. This isn't even an argument here. Will home help it? It's doubtful. Look how well the Sims Online did, and that's exactly what home reminds me of.

Finally, I have both systems, and to be honest, I should have waited on the PS3. I could have bought 10 games for the 360 with that money. There are a few good games on PS3, but only a few. When you own 6 games for PS3, and 54 games for 360 with an additional 58 XBLA arcade games, you tell me which one gets played the most.

And just for any fanboys out there reading this, I still have both of my launch 360's running strong. PS3 also no problems. Might buy a wii one of these days, but I don't know if I can get past it seeming more like a gimmick than a true game machine.
