Microsoft Scared??
How are they scared? They created an HD-DVD addon. This is very smart on their end because they can now sell their console at a much cheaper rate then PS3 and if their gamers what HD-DVD playback they can choose for themselves if they want to spend an extra $200 to do so.
Sony is forcing their users to pay for Blu-Ray and I can imagine most of their gamers are not even going to buy Blu-Ray movies. Even if games get too large to fit on one DVD I would rather just have to switch to a 2nd DVD thent to pay all that extra money for a useless Blu-Ray player.
Sony lost with Betamax and they will lose with Blu-Ray.
