PS3 has been losing exclusives left and right. As you said GTA 4 will be released simultaneously for the 360, which is huge. Also, Devil May Cry 4 will no longer be a PS3 exclusive. It sounds like Metal Gear 4 will be released for both (probably not at the same time, but close). Final Fantasy will have multiple games on all consoles, so RPG fans won't be required to buy a PS3 to get their FF fix.

Not only do you have those third party games going multi-console, but Sony's heavy hitters probably are not coming out this year. Who knows when Gran Turismo 5 is coming out. The next God of War will definitely not be out this year. Maybe Killzone may make it this holiday, but it could be delayed. Even if Killzone releases this holiday, it will be rushed and that will show.

Sony really needs to get their act together if they are going to stave off Microsoft and Nintendo. I realize making good games takes time, but Sony has to do something or people are going to get tired of waiting for reasons to get the PS3.
