First actual 3D controller

So far in video games, controllers have been just modified version of the 2D ones we used to play. Even the analog stick was just a stop-gap measure to 'simulate' 3D control. The Wiimote changes all that.

Gamers have been taught to control 3D games with the analog stick, making it more complex, and leading to many people leaving gaming behind as being too hard. This eventually will shrink the video game market and ruin our favorite form of entertainment.

The Nintnedo Wii's controller changes all that. The wiimote gives you full range of motion in 3D space, making it easier to control 3D games. This will give everyone an equal chance to enjoy gaming in a 3D world.

Classic gamers still rave about how 2D games were the best. Why don't they like 3D games? I propose that they don't like 3D games because they don't control like they should. People attempt to play 3D games with modified 2D controller and have nothing but trouble. Camera issues plague most 3D games because you aren't controlling them with a 3D controller.

For the industry to move forward, an actual 3D controller must be invented to bring everyone into the gaming arena. I believe the Nintendo Wii's controller is the answer and that this will finally make 3D games enjoyable, not frustrating.
