Sony isn't a software company

Last gen the ps2 had games because third parties made games for it.  Now it seems like most third party developers are pissed at sony and much less interested in  the ps3.  And  why would they be? It is being outsold by both of it's competitors, the ps3 just isn't where the money is at this gen, and expecting the same types of exclusive games is just plain dumb. 

And as for sony's first party games, those were good last gen (ico Shadow of the colossus) because the developers had time and resources to make great games, while not being under pressure to make a blockbuster.  It seems like this gen sony will have to rely more of and even rush their in house games, which can and most likely will lead to their in house games declining in quality.

 As for second party games, both Rachet and Jak are getting a little boring if you ask me.
