he is a good balanced fighter but he is not much of any thing when your fighting some some using a top tier character or some one that has been able to master the game quickly. Now let me tell you who is a good top tier player Pit. I Know that he may seam kind of cheap and a noob person but really do you think that a noob could beat a highly skilled player. Yes his over b move may be cheap but after a while no one will fall for it. Any one that uses all of pits attacks with combos can not be called a cheap noob.
