Pro: Should the Wiimote and Nunchuk be packaged together?
Yes
Of course they should package them together. There is absolutely no good reason not to.
The Nunchuck is useless without a Wiimote to go with it. If one can find a nunchuck but no Wiimote to go with it, one is left with a dangly, useless peripheral. If one finds a Wiimote but needs a nunchuck to play a particular game, they're still left with a useless controller until they complete the set.
Rather than offering them separately, Nintendo should offer two packages: A single Wiimote, and a Wiimote/Nunchuck combo. This allows people to buy whatever controller set they need to play the games they have, without the need to hunt for/order two separate items and with no confusion as to the total price.
