By your terrible basic English, I'm going to assume your favored console is the PS3.
The fact here is, where's the PS3's success? Smash Bros Brawl is being released on an already highly successful console, a huge fanbase and a huge new userbase. Add it all up, and graphics don't really matter for this game. They only need to keep the formula working from the previous games.
Also, as far as using the Gamecube as a counter against Brawl's graphics, did you know that the Gamecube's graphics processor unit is FAR, FAAAR more powerful than the PS2's?
