Pro: Wiimote damage Nintendo's fault?

Incorrect Analogy
A baseball is meant to be played and thrown outdoors. Even if you do play with it indoors, you certainly would not be doing so in front of a TV. The Wiimote's sole purpose is to be played in front of a TV.
Having said that, I don't belive this is Nintendo's fault. When playing with any toy or tool that has the potential to slip out of your hands and into nearby fragile objects, everyone should exercise caution. It's common sense.
