Counters: why does the games have to be so cheap
Try Gameplay...
If you would actually talk to anyone who has played the Super Smash Brothers series for a decent amount of time, you would realize that it's the gameplay that matters, not the graphics. Hell, many people, me included, still play the original N64 version. Once I get my Wii, you can imagine I will use the virtual system to download the original SSB.
The new game, Brawl, should incorporate many new elements to the already amazing game that was Melee. The graphics are improved as far as detail goes over Melee, but this game isn't meant to look pretty, but rather for long, enjoyable play.
