Not really being optimistic

Final Fantasy XIII will be huge. I did a little checking to see if your claim that would be over shadowed by Halo 3, MGS and SSB, and here's the sales I found for the previous versions:

Halo 2 - 8.29 million (6.51 million USA)

Super Smash Bros Melee - 6.58 million (4.06 million USA)

FF XII - 4.94 million (1.68 million USA)

Metal Gear Solid 3 - 3.96 million (1.42 million USA)

While i will admit that Halo will do better, SSB should do better, but Final Fantasy is more popular than MGS. Also, I think a game that sold almost 5 million copies would definately considered huge.

Now about the part about you not liking a game you haven't yet played...well, I can't do anything about that.
