Pro: Xbox 360 Warranty Extension

Well as a 360 owner myself i had to send it back once for repairs. I got it back and have not expierinced any problems since. The person i talked to on the phone asked no questions and just gave me a mailing address to send my 360 to. I truly believe that sony wouldn't have done anything had my ps3 broken down. They are both great systems but i believe that mircosoft is much more interested in keeping customers satisfied than sony is and the way they've handled this problem proves it.
