He also states that MS gave him a choice not to buy a hdd. Then he says how his 20 gig hdd was filled real fast, and that you need to download updates and extra content. So infact, you do not have to buy a hdd, but you wouldnt be able to even update the system. So if you dont buy a hdd you spen tons on expensive memory cards and still need a hdd. Not having a hdd standard also hinders game production.
Look at the size difference of standard or hd content. HD content is much larger. So by common sense things are only going to need more space. So when you say that they dont need all that space unless they are bad programmers, you really have no clue.
