Con: Xbox 360 Warranty Extension

Nothing more they can do
In a division that is losing Microsoft billions, MS made the right move to spend over a billion dollars to help their customers out of the mess that MS made.
Anti-Sega fanboys suggested that Sega should have given a rebate on the Sega Saturn for everybody who bought a 32X. But the simple fact is hardware companies DO NOT make money on console sales. (Or will make a small amount of money in certain situations, but nothing compared to software sales) Same goes for the 360. Since MS is losing money on every console they sell, it would be counter-productive to do more than just fix the problem they created. After all, they do eventually want to make a profit with their XBOX division.
And if you still think MS didn't do enough, then vote with your wallet and don't buy MS products. But then again, 99% of people who complain about XBOX don't even own one.
