I have to disagree. You mention Dreamcast. Dreamcast was a great system. Unfortunately, it didn't have the support it needed because it was basically an arcade machine. Look around, you'll find lots of Dreamcast fans and even people who don't understand the system will admit that most of the games were fun and the system was pretty cool
