PS3 will overtake Wii in Q4 2007
A study by Enterbrain Inc. explains that the PS3 will survive its initial drought of consoles and surpass the Wii during the holiday season of 2007.
Sony has some of the most passionate fans that will stick through the console problems with the knowledge that they will eventually have the best games. Most people will hold out buying the PS3 until the kinks are worked out and more games are available, but there is a tons of people that plan on buying the system.
When Sony drops the price of the system next year, it will make the demand surge even more. That, coupled with the second year of games, will put PS3 and Sony back on top.
